Important notes for applicants

  1. The MDAC must be submitted within the 3 days before your arrival in Malaysia.
  2. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date in Malaysia.
  3. Enter every detail exactly as it appears in your passport: any difference can delay your entry.
  4. A new MDAC is needed for every trip to Malaysia, including for children and infants.
  5. Keep a copy of your MDAC confirmation on your phone or printed when you travel.
  6. We would like to mention that you can apply independently through the government website, which may help you save on processing fees.
